Andrew Young III: Andrew “Bo” Young III is a successful businessman, entrepreneur and volunteer who invests in real estate, technology, agriculture and healthcare related companies. Young is currently the Managing Partner of Andrew Young Group, a private investment group that manages the financial interests of the Young Family. Some of AYG investments include uCast Global, Pillow PH, Eunomia Partners and OVi Source. Young has 23 years of business experience with 19 years operating as a supplier to Fortune 500 companies. He also has extensive international exposure having visited over 40 counties around the world. Young is the former Chairman and CEO of PakLab, a leading supplier of Contract Manufacturing and Co-Packing services with over $100 million in annual sales. Young was a founding member and board director of Bounce Media Group. BounceTV is the first African American broadcast network available nationwide. Young is a partner in Bo’s Kitchen and Bar Room, an upscale New York restaurant located in the popular Flatiron district on Broadway and W. 26th Street. As a tribute to his father’s family who hails from Louisiana, Bo’s features New Orleans cuisine with a New York flair. Young is married to Angelica Guevara Young. They live in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta with their three children. Young enjoys golf, skiing and has completed 3 triathlons. Young is active in charitable initiatives for Atlanta International School, YMCA, Operation HOPE, Latin American Association, National Monument Foundation, Hosea Helps and Wheelchair Charities Inc. 

Rawson Haverty Jr. is co-founder of Serenbe, located outside Atlanta, which is nationally recognized to be a model for “ farm to table “ communities as well as an award winning sustainable development in the United States. He has been Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development at Havertys Furniture Companies Inc. since 1998. Mr. Haverty served as Vice President of Real Estate and Insurance Divisions at Havertys Furniture Companies Inc. from 1992 to 1998 and its Assistant Vice President from 1987 to 1992. He has over 30 years of experience with Havertys Furniture. He joined Havertys Furniture Companies Inc. in 1984 and has been its Director since 1992. He serves as a Board Member of the Chick-Fil-A Foundation, Akola Project, Starpound Technologies and the Center for Ethics of Emory University.

Gaurav Kumar: An executive professional with over fifteen years of experience in profit, non-profit and government sector in technical and leadership roles. His specialties include converting new ideas into reality, creating strategy maps, qualitative and quantitative research, technical and business feasibility, risk assessment and mitigation, team building, financial structuring and modeling, non-profit operations, investor interface, project management and execution, developing operation protocols, managing large workforce, and union negotiations. A Mechanical Engineer with Master's in Economics and M.S. in Mathematical Risk Management from Georgia State University, USA, he serves as the Director of Special Projects and Risk Management at the Andrew J. Young Foundation where he incubates new ideas and technologies that have the potential to create new jobs, further financial equity and empower people to change the world. He is a graduate of LEAD Atlanta, a professional club of young business leaders, and is an honored recipient of 40 under 40 by Atlanta Business Chronicle in 2018.

Arvind Venkat : As an entrepreneur in the realm of cradle to cradle sustainability, Arvind, with an ably equipped team of experts leads the global Sustainnovation venture, a canadian business dedicated to the design and development of sustainable engineering alternatives. Arvind founded WaterFarmers Aquaponics a hyper-sustainability based design methodology for Aquaponic food production specifically engineered for agriculturally challenged environments and food deserts. Arvind is amongst the top few experts in the world to have developed complete systems with an evolved methodology involving several growing techniques in a combination of closed and open loop techniques, eliminating waste discharge entirely, yet maximizing the efficiency of the nutrient conversion cycle through intrinsic management of flow rates and cropping techniques. Shaping the dialogue of Aquaponic education over the years, Arvind has partnered with several Aquaponic and green education institutions across the globe to develop a strong technical and business curriculum at several levels. With active projects and partnerships in 8 countries across 4 continents, the WaterFarmers label with Arvind at the helm, has secured a reputation that rivals the best in the Aquaponics business.

Murray Hallam: Murray grew up in a strong farming community in the Granite Belt area of South Queensland, Australia, known for its orchards and vegetable cropping, and has a deep connection with farming and the land. He discovered aquaponics in early 2006. Murray has a trade and business background and is continuously researching. He is perhaps best known for his outstanding aquaponics full length video series: Aquaponics Made Easy, Aquaponics Secrets, and DIY Aquaponics. Murray has a strong presence on YouTube with more than three million views of his fifty plus clips about aquaponics. Murray is by nature an innovator and in his Research & Development facility has perfected many new methodologies for commercial farm aquaponic systems. His gold standard Aquaponics kits are distributed throughout Australia and have also been exported to New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bermuda, and the United States. Feedback from Murray’s large client base has provided valuable development data for his knowledge base about Aquaponics.
